Manage website bindings in IIS Manager for the SolarWinds Platform

Overview

This article provides instructions to edit website bindings for the SolarWinds Web Console from IIS Manager.
The instructions can be used to edit bindings for other sites as well.

Resolution

  1. Open IIS Manager
  2. From Connections panel, expand the Sites node tree
  3. Click to select the sites where binding is to be added or edited.
  4. Under the Action pane, click Bindings. 
  1. In the Site Bindings dialog box, click Add.
  2. In the Add Site Binding dialog box, add the binding information
  3. Click OK.
  4. From the Type drop-down, select https
  5. From the IP address drop-down, select All Unassigned.
  6. From the port field, enter 443 or the desired port number 
  7. From the SSL certificate drop-down, select the corresponding SSL certificate to use.  To view the details of each certificate, select the certificate from the drop-down and click View.
