Network Atlas unable to login

Overview

The following are the error message appears when trying to login to Network Atlas.

< Login failure. User name and/or password incorrect.>
Server unable to reach.

Cause

The username and/or password is incorrect.
Other possible reason is customer is using HA and he/she is trying to access Network Atlas on currently down server.

Resolution

If you have another user with Administrator rights , use it to log in to the Orion Web Console, and change the default admin user password .
In the event that customer has HA make sure to login on currently active server.
