SEM reports and Sophos Enterprise Console

Overview

This article describes a known issue where the Security Event Manager (formerly Log & Event Manager) reports console won't run reports on a system with Sophos Enterprise Console also installed. In this scenario, the crystaljrc.log log (located in "%ProgramFiles%\SolarWinds SEM Event Manager Reports" by default) shows errors such as:

13 Dec 2941 12:05:12 [ORBacus:ThreadPerRequest:Dispatcher] FATAL com.crystaldecisions.data.jdbc - Return DbErr_TableNotFound in DbFetchTableInfoEx()
13 Dec 2941 12:05:12 [ORBacus:ThreadPerRequest:Dispatcher] FATAL com.crystaldecisions.data.javaserver - Return error value in dispatcher's DbFetchTableInfoEx().  The error code is: 21

Cause
