Overview

The article contains information for enabling IBM N series arrays for monitoring with SRM. It should be used in conjunction with the Add your storage array for monitoring with SRM topic in the Success Center documentation or online help.

These arrays are 7-mode and cluster mode storage arrays, and are monitored through on-board Data ONTAP APIs.

Ensure you have the following information:

IP address or hostname for the array
Array username
Array password
Protocol. The default is HTTP
