How to resolve the Kiwi Syslog Server Service installation error message "The Kiwi Syslog Server Service could not be installing using account."

Overview

The installation fails with the following error message:

Kiwi Syslog Server Service Installation failed.

The Kiwi Syslog Server Service could not be installed using account.

Please run the installer again and try another account (eg. LocalSystem or a member of the local Administrators group.

Cause

This is due to GPO policies.

Resolution

You will need to re-install Kiwi Syslog Server using the Local administrator account and not the Local System account.
