Overview

This article describes the issue when you are unable to receive a scheduled Kiwi Syslog Statistic. Test email messages working but the scheduled email statistics are not sent out.

Kiwi Syslog Server

Resolution

Stop the Kiwi Syslog Service.
Close Kiwi Syslog Manager.
Open command prompt and enter the following command:
Note: You need to verify first the location of Syslogd directory.

C:\Program Files\Syslogd>Syslogd_TaskEngine.exe /regserver

Start Kiwi Syslog Service again.

*You may also try installing latest Windows Updates and restarting the host.
