Cause

This issue is occurring in multiple software version and SolarWinds is investigating the issue.

Resolution

Please use the following workarounds to immediate resolve the issue.  If the problem persists, please file a SolarWinds support ticket to investigate the root cause.

Resolution #1

  • Ensure all modules are licensed
    • Settings > All Settings > License Manager
  • Ensure licenses are not exceeded
    • Settings > All Settings > License Details

If expired licenses exist - remove the software module to install the node.
If the expired license is Log Analyzer - you cannot simply remove it. It must be replaced with the free version - Orion Log Manager (OLM).
