This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when looking at Interfaces Details view for all nodes displays no data in any of the charts.

Network Performance Monitor

Cause

Windows temp directory has 4GB of data.

Resolution

Open Windows/Temp.
Right-click and to select Properties. Check the size of the folder.
If so see more that 65,000 files in this directory, delete everything.
Restart all SolarWinds services.

Validate SolarWinds folder is creating Shadow copy folders up to date.
