Related error:
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in NPFInstall.exe (6656)
Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from tools/option/debugging/just-in-time

Cause

there is a third party tool install in the Orion server that use Just-In-Time debugging. Check if AlertLogic installed.

Resolution

Resolution 1:

Go to services.msc
Check if AlertLogic service is running
Stop the service
Re-run the Installer

Resolution 2:

Go to Programs and Features
Uninstall NPcap
Re-run the installer for the poller.
