Resolution

1) Close Visual Studio.

2) Go to the following location (the version number might be different, please tailor the path to your needs:)

2016.2.4 through 2018.2.5 versions:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Pragmatic Works\Pragmatic Workbench 2018.2.5\BI xPress Extension\PragmaticWorks.BIxPress.VsExtension.vsix
2018.5.2 and newer versions:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\SentryOne\Pragmatic Workbench 2018.5.2\BI xPress Extension\PragmaticWorks.BIxPress.VsExtension.vsix

3) Run the PragmaticWorks.BIxPress.VsExtension.vsix installer. It should list the Visual Studio versions. (anything in grey is not compatible with BI xPress.)

4) Once the installation is complete open Visual Studio, and a Pragmatic Works drop-down should be seen from where the BI xPress features are selected.
