Overview

WPM Image match has been known to fail if the image match is not perfect. It is possible to adjust the logging of WPM to detect what the comparison value is set to. This defaults to 99% match of image match.

Note: Since this information is contained in Player/worker logs; this means the recording must be assigned to a Player to determine image verification percentage. Recorder logs do NOT contain this information.

Resolution

In order to determine the image match percentage rating. You must increase logs on the Player to <debug> level.
  1. Assign the recording file to a Player location
  2. Log into the Player Location server
  3. Open 'LogAdjuster' (one word) from the start menu
  4. Change Agent Worker - Player to DEBUG level
  5. Have the Transaction run back and analyze the logs. You can click 'Play Now' in the web console to initiate a play back and analyze logs. Alternatively, you can look in the Last XX events on the Transaction Details page to obtain the last failed playback timestamp. Use that timestamp to look in log files Last Modified Datetime.
  6. The worker logs should contain the failure (ERROR) and the image match percentage. If a lower value is found, adjustments can be made.
