Overview

Serv-U allows administrators to import and export users directly to their server via files in the CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. This works for Serv-U Domain and Database users.

In some cases, you may get the following error "The file or directory you're trying to access is not available to you" when exporting users. Please make sure that you are saving the file on a local drive by browsing it not by manually entering the directory path. On the directory path, you should only specify the filename ex. users.csv.
