Overview

When trying to export subnets/supernets and groups on IPAM, and they were checked on the right panel, you will get the error below.

IPAM Website Error:
An unexpected error occurred while generating your web page.

Cause

Parent and child correlation.

Resolution

This issue is addressed in IPAM 2026.2. Consider upgrading your environment. If you can't upgrade, use the workaround below.

Workaround:

Use Export All instead of Export Structure Only, or, when exporting, export one group node at a time by clicking it in the tree component (left pane) and then selecting one of the Export options.
