IP address is already monitored unexpected website error when trying to add a node

This article will go through how to resolve the issue when Orion shows an error message saying it already has the node that is trying to be added, while also giving an error stating the node is not in the Nodes table.

Overview

Node will be unable to add or find on Orion web. 
Searching for node in NodesData table will show the node exists in the database. 

Attempting to add node will give the following errors: 
IP Address is Already Monitored
x is already monitored through polling engine x
Unexpected Website Error
Node x is not in the Nodes table

Cause

User account has user limitations preventing it from finding or adding the node. 

Resolution

Remove the limitations from the Orion web user account or try logging in with the root admin account.
