Resolution

Take a snapshot of the server and make the following change.

  1. In IIS Manager, change bindings for the SolarWinds Platform site to "All Unassigned", and then restart SolarWinds Platform Services.
    1. As an alternative, you may make this change via the Configuration Wizard on the main polling engine.
  2. Open CMD as an admin and run IISReset.
