Resolution
Take a snapshot of the server and make the following change.
- In IIS Manager, change bindings for the SolarWinds Platform site to "All Unassigned", and then restart SolarWinds Platform Services.
- As an alternative, you may make this change via the Configuration Wizard on the main polling engine.
- Open CMD as an admin and run IISReset.
