Overview
Web Help Desk uses tasks to create tickets. A task contains one or more task elements, and each task element provides settings for a new ticket. When the task runs, Web Help Desk creates a ticket for each task element, either sequentially or all at once, depending on the configured task.
In this scenario, the tech who created the tasks leaves the company, and his tech account was deleted. All tasks that he created then go missing from the web console.

Cause
Tasks are tied to the account that creates them, ergo deleting a tech account will also remove all tasks associated to the said tech account.
Resolution
Retrieve the Tasks created by Deleted Tech and transfer the ownership to another tech by modifying it from the Database Table.
a. Access your Database Server
b. Find the Table: TECH and navigate to CLIENT_ID Column and check the ID of the deleted tech
c. Find the Table: TASK
d. Navigate to CREATED_BY_ID Column and find and compare the ID of the deleted tech
e. Run an update query to retrieve the Tasks created by Deleted Tech and transfer the ownership to another tech
