This article discusses how a user can restore 'cleared' events from the Events Page or Message Center.

Resolution

Log in to the Solarwinds Server as an administrator.
Open the Database Manager.
Navigate to [dbo].[Events].
In the table, locate the column labeled Acknowledged.
Click Enable Table editing and de-select each event you want to display in the Orion Web Console.
The alerts previously marked as cleared now display in the Orion Web Console.
