How to manually update the macOS agent for Dameware Remote Everywhere

Overview

There are times that the agent on macOS machine won't update automatically and for this reason, you have to update the agent manually. Please refer to the steps below.

Dameware Remote Everywhere

Resolution

Navigate to startcontrol.
Select the MAC tab.
Click the Download Agent button.
Execute the downloaded BAManagement installer.
Select the option Update the current Agent.
Click the UPDATE button.
The Take Control agent should proceed to update as expected.
