How to link different SWIDs to one profile

If you have multiple SWIDs, you may want to link them to one profile.

Follow the steps below to link or unlink SWIDs and to link profile to another ID:

To link account:

1) Log into https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/ with your email address and password.

2) Hover on ACCOUNT and select Profile

3) Click on LINK ACCOUNT on the left-hand column.

To unlink account:

1. Hover over ACCOUNT
2. Click on + Expand All on Other Linked Solarwinds Accounts

3. Under account to unlink, click on Unlink Account
