Installing it via the command prompt allows for streamlined deployment, especially on poller servers where GUI-based installation may not be preferred or possible. Resolution

RDP to the poller where you want to install Administration service.
Locate the installer of SWA and copy the file path.
Open command prompt as administrator.
Paste the installer location in the command prompt and Press Enter:
