This article describes how to create Serial Number report for all my Cisco devices.

Open Orion Report Writer.
Click New to create a new report.
Select Current - Hardware Status and then click OK.

Select the following Fields

Filter results as Records where Vendor is equal to Cisco.

Note: If you have devices that do not fall in the vendor as exactly 'Cisco' value for vendor, those devices will not be included in the report. It may be necessary to include other vendors. If so switch the 'all' field to 'any'. Also if these devices do not have the Hardware health OIDS requirements for SNMP nodes they will not fall into this report as well.
