This article will helps us on how to convert hours to Timeticks on the customized report named UPTIME REPORT or any report that needs conversion of hours to timeticks.

Resolution

To convert system up time hours to Timeticks:

  1. Edit the affected report
  2. On Content section click "EDIT TABLE"
  3. Add column and then search for "System Up Time"
  4. Select System Up Time column click "Advanced"
  5. On "Add display settings" select "Data Unit"
  6. Change the "Units of measurements" into "Timeticks"
  7. Change the "Units in my database" into "Timeticks"
  8. Change the "Scale units as:" into "Hours"
  9. Change the "Decimal number:" into "2"
  10. Click SUBMIT
