Resolution

Login to your Admin Area.
Navigate to Management>Technicians.
Select the intended technician.
Select the PERMISSIONS tab.
Choose the ADMIN AREA sub tab.
Set the options as intended for this technician.
- You may also select a preset profile from the top left corner.
Click the Save button.
