Resolution

    1. In order to gather the most current logs, please follow the next steps:

      1. Stop the Kiwi Syslog Server NG service.
      2. Activate Debug log level:
        1. Stop KSS NG service.
        2. Open the appsettings.json (default location - C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Kiwi Syslog Server NG\).
        3. Modify "Default":"Warning" to the new value - "Default": "Information."
        4. Start KSS NG.
        5. When the problem is resolved revert the debug log level to "Default":"Warning." 
      3. Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\KiwiSyslogService\logs and remove all logs.
      4. Start the application and perform the needed steps to reproduce the problem.
      5. Collect newly created logs and archive them. Note the approximate time you gather the logs and provide them, along with the timestamp, to SolarWinds Support for review.
