Dameware Remote Everywhere

Cause

All available licensing is utilized at the time of attempting to use 'Remote Control Mode' in the DRE Admin Area / Console.

Resolution

Log in to the DRE Admin Area and complete the following:

1. On the top right corner, click the User Menu (User Profile Icon).

2. Select the option for 'Licensing Information.'

3. Check the licensing details listed under the 'ACTIVE LICENSES.'

4. Click the red X 'Disconnect' button to free up licensing and cancel an active session.

**Only technicians with administrator privileges will be able to access this information.
