Overview

In WHD, you can customize some labels shown in tickets into your desired labels such as the Ticket Type > Problem
You can use a file called "Labels.properties" to achieve this. Please keep in mind though that you need to get a copy of this
"Labels.properties" file and rename it to "CustomLabels.properties" and you do your customization on the "CustomLabels.properties" file. Do not do any changes on the default "Labels.properties" file.
