Resolution

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Network Topology.
  2. Open the Solarwinds.NTM.BusinessLayer.dll.config file in a text editor (such as Notepad).
  3. Locate the following entry:

    add key="NtmSnmpPort"value="161"

  4. Change the port value to your desired port. 
  5. Save the file.
