Users may need to change the NCM credentials from time to time.

Resolution

The process depends on your system setup.

Some users may have each individual device set with its own credentials. In this case if you go to the device, click the Edit button and scroll down to the bottom of the page where the individual credentials can be entered.

If your environment uses a single or a number of credentials for a number of devices then you would go to Settings>All Settings>NCM Settings>Connection Profiles.

One other scenario is where each user has their unique credentials which are set per user in the Settings>All Settings>NCM Settings> Manage User Level Login Credentials.
