Resolution

  1. From the Orion Server, run Database Manager as admin (Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Database Manager).
  2. Click Add Orion Server and expand the SolarWinds Orion Database (naming schemes may vary).
  3. Navigate to and double-click the table you would like to edit.
  4. Click Execute Query for the default SQL query and locate the row which contains the data that needs to be edited.
  5. Click Enable Table Editing from the top of Database Manager.
  6. Double click the entry in question. Adjust the access to the new value as needed and press Enter - this will save the change.
  7. Click Execute Query for the default SQL query again and verify that the entry has been edited.
