How do I view my activation key?

This article shows you how to view your SolarWinds license activation keys in the Customer Portal.

Locate your product licenses and activation keys for licenses that were purchased but not yet activated.

  1. Log in to the SolarWinds Customer Portal with your SolarWinds account.

  2. In the Licenses & Renewals page under Activate Auto Renewal, click View All.

  3. In the License Management page, click the View drop-down menus to locate your product.
    For example, Network Performance Monitor. 

  4. Scroll down and locate your targeted product.

  5. Click + to expand the product menu.
    The activation key displays in the menu. "Not activated" indicates that the activation key is available to activate your product license.
