Execute the show command from the CLI prompt of the appropriate device.
To find out what your flows per second average is for a specific time frame:

Log on to the appropriate device.
Execute clear ip flow stats in the CLI prompt.
Wait the appropriate time.
Run show ip cache flow after the appropriate time elapses.

Note: The commands might differ depending on your device and its IOS version. Check with your vendors configuration guide for appropriate commands.
