The Hardware health events report undefined status for both ESX hosts and Windows Servers. The following error occurs:
Hardware health monitoring is undefined.

Resolution
The workaround is to increase the default timeout value to 120 seconds.
- This timeout can be set through the Local Security Policy.
- Go to Security Settings > Public Key Policies.
- Open the Propertieswindow for Certificate Path Validation Settings.
- On the Network Retrieval tab, select the Define these policy settingscheckbox.
- Select Automatically update certificates in the Microsoft Root Certificate Program.
- Increase the Default URL retrieval timeout (in seconds): from 15 seconds to 120.
