"An error has occurred. An item with the same key has already been added." message when accessing the Servers and Pool tab after upgrading to SolarWinds Platform 2025.2
This article provides information about an issue where the Servers and Pools tab under My Deployment Page does not load properly and produces an error message of "An error has occurred. An item with the same key has already been added.". This occurs after upgrading to SolarWinds Platform 2025.2.

Overview
After upgrading to SolarWinds Platform 2025.2, the following error message appears when navigating to Servers or Pools tab under My Deployment:
An error has occurred. An item with the same key has already been added.
The observed symptoms includes:
- Navigating to Servers tab results in a blank page with the following error message above.
- Navigating to Pools tab results in a blank page with the following error message above.
- The issue remains after performing an standard process of HA rebuild on the environment.

Cause
This issue occurs due to duplicate NodeId for the Main Poller, Additional Poller or Additional Web Server are detected in the following tables:
- NodesData
- OrionServers
- Websites
SolarWinds is expecting unique NodeId for each MPE, APE and AWS in the environment.
Resolution
To workaround this problem, you must delete duplicate Orion Server nodes in the Manage Nodes for the SolarWinds Web Console through the following steps:
- Log in to the SolarWinds Platform Web Console.
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Nodes.
- Find the SolarWinds Platform Server Name in the Search.
- Delete the Duplicate Node(s).
