Overview

Group dependencies are not working as expected
(If the poller name or IP is changed or the Dependencies table contains old or incorrect data that the table needs to remove and the table will be re-populated automatically)

Cause

This issue occurs when the container member snapshots table contains old or incorrect data.

 

Resolution

  1. Open the Orion Database Manager.
  2. Select the default server.
  3. Expand the SolarWinds database.
  4. Right-click the database, and then select New Query.
  5. Enter the following query:Disclaimer:

Delete from containermembersnapshots
  1. Execute the query.

Note: This table will be re-populated automatically as the groups are used
