Cause

The Custom Poller is set to a different format at one stage and then turned back to none. During this process, the Custom poller is not able to reset to the default format of None.

Keep historical data is disabled. This will prevent data from being displayed within a chart.

Resolution

Resolution 1

  1. Recreate your custom poller.
  2. Under Show advanced features keep the the format to None.
  3. Test it again

  1. Open the UnDP tool
  2. Select the custom poller you have.
  3. Edit properties
  4. Allow for historical collection
  5. Make sure the Status is Enabled
  6. Save
  7. Refresh the node details page, and check the data.

Resolution 3

  1. Open the UnDP tool
  2. Select the custom poller you have.
  3. Edit properties
  4. Set "SNMP Get Type" to another setting (E.g. "Get" to "Get Table")
  5. Make sure the Status is Enabled
  6. Save
  7. Reopen the UnDP Properties and set "SNMP Get Type" back to the previous setting (E.g. "Get Table" to "Get")
  8. Refresh the node details page, and check the data.
