Enable standard sysloging for Infoblox DHCP service within the appliance (© 2017 Wikipedia, available at www.wikipedia.com, obtained on March 27, 2017) as standard syslog facility works like this.
- Syslog facility change from Daemon to Localx (© 2017 Infoblox, available at www.community.infoblox.com, obtained on March 27, 2017).
- Support Central: KB #3314: Understanding DNS and DHCP Syslog Records (© 2017 Infoblox, available at www.community.infoblox.com, obtained on March 27, 2017).
Download and install the generic syslog connector.
Manually apply the connector updates using the CMC interface.
