This applies to the following:
  • Generate the DRE unattended agent for all OS
  • Generate MSI installer package
  • Agent that does not expire

Resolution

From the Admin Area:

1. Login to your Admin Area.
2. Go the Devices, click Add Device.
3. Enter the Device name (it is the name of the agent installer).
4. Set the OS.
5. Make sure Device expiry is enabled.
6. Browser the generated link and download the installer.

Notes: You can use the same installer on multiple machines.


From the Console application:

  1. Login to your Console application.
  2. Select the MY COMPUTERS tab.
  3. Press ADD COMPUTER.
  4. Fill the form as desired.
    • Make sure you fill the Computer Name and Device Type fields, the only ones mandatory.
  5. Press GENERATE LINK.
  6. Download the Installer from the generated link.
 

Generating an agent installer with Remote Control Mode from the Admin Area.

  1. Login to your Admin Area.
  2. Select New Session > Install Agent.
  3. Fill the form as desired.
  4. Click the Create button.

For this you need to have the Remote control mode turned on,otherwise a message will show requesting to enable it by clicking the Remote Control Mode icon, on the top right corner of the Admin area page.
