(If Windowed) Reach to the top bar in the Remote Desktop display/ (If Fullscreen) Hover the mouse on the top border of the window and wait a few seconds until the bar reappears;
Click the Fullscreen toggle button on the top right corner (or use the hotkey Shift + Ctrl + F).
