Cause

This issue is due to devices monitored by VNQM as gateway devices. Because of this, the devices are logged about every five minutes, running a few show commands, parsing the results and storing them in the database.

Resolution

  1. Check voipcliconnectioninfo table and validate the nodes assigned credentials.
  2. Check the gateways being polled and see if the data matches the logins for the devices and credentials.
  3. Check voipconfig table: VoipGatewayPollingIntervalMinutes = 5.

Note: If they push out by polling, follow the added steps below:

  4. Modify the table voipconfig and the property VoipGatewayPollingIntervalMinutes and push it out further than five minutes.
  5. Restart the services.

Note: There is no option to change polling interval for gateways in VNQM.
