Cause
Please do not use NON-English characters within the username/password, for example (Arabic / Turkish / Greek )
Please Note:
You can share firmware storage outside NCM server , However, in order to reach the shared drive, the request is going through the NCM server, therefore, the user account permissions are required to access the NCM server.
Resolution
2. Choose Settings > NCM Settings > Advanced Settings > Network Share Settings.
3. Check the box and provide the Username and Password of an account with sufficient permissions on each server and folder location to read and write the files.
Make sure the domain user is granted permission to logon into the target NCM server,
Try to add the Domain Account to the Administrators Group on the target server and validate credentials again in NCM,
Please consult with your windows team to grant appropriate permissions, make sure the user is allowed to log on locally on the target server,
