  • Our US team handles all customers based in the USA.  They can be emailed at accountsreceivable@solarwinds.com
  • Our International team handles all customers based in EMEA and APAC.  They can be emailed at  ARInternational@solarwinds.com
  • Our LATAM team handles all customers based in Latin America.  They can be emailed at Latamcollections@solarwinds.com


These teams can assist you with resending invoices and making amendments to existing invoices, such as change to postal address, and  other invoice-related queries and requests. Remittances advice can also be sent directly to our Accounting Teams.
 

Invoices at this time are not viewable or available for download from the Customer Portal. They have to be requested from our Accounting department.
 

For requests such as Exchanges, Vendor Packets and W9, pro-forma invoices, use the following email addresses:
