This article discusses the steps and some examples of how to filter the results shown in resources/widgets in the Orion Web Console.

Resolution

Go to the resource and edit the selected web resource to filter the results.

In this example, we will filter the Volume Resource to show Windows Fixed Disks only uses queries and below the filter field are the examples and properties to use.

2. Once the filter is submitted, the resource will update accordingly.

The same filtering can be applied to any Web Resources that allows filtering in the Edit Properties.

An example of an active exclusion filter

Filter: Vendor not in ( 'Cisco','EMC Corp','Unknown')
