File exists error
Sometimes when trying to open a third-party package you will run into an error message stating file exists, This will prevent you from accessing the third-party update.

Cause
The eminentware temp file has to many temp files
Resolution
Open C:\Users
find the eminintware datagrid service user (if you don't know look at windows services and see which user is running the eminentware datagrid service.)
further navigate to C:\Users\Patch\AppData\Local\Temp.
Delete all temp files in that folder, they should not be there.
restart Patch Manager.
