Failed to retrieve data from the database [Database Vendor Code: -5501]

Cause
The error is caused when running the Reports Console as a user who does not have rights to view reports (such as the Monitor role).
Resolution
To resolve the error, run reports as a user with the correct access (such as the Administrator or Reports role).
