The standby server of F5 LTM is showing unknown status in the F5 high availability widget

Cause

The standby F5 server is not monitored as a node in NPM
The standby F5 server is monitored in NPM but its System Name is different from what the active server is detecting.

Resolution

Resolution 1:
-Make sure the standby F5 server is also monitored as a node in NPM.

Resolution 2:
-If the standby server is already monitored as a node in NPM but still showing unknown status, make sure that the System Name being detected by the active F5 server is the same as the defined System Name on the standby F5 server.
