Export to PDF displays no graphics images through NAT/WAN

This article describes the issue when exporting report to PDF, you see no graphics/Images through NAT/WAN and when exporting with LAN on local Orion server, there seems to be no issue found.
When exporting through WAN/NAT through firewall public IP, it appears to have the issue using a DNS name.

Cause
This issue occurs when the Orion PDF converter fails to resolve the DNS name which fails to fetch the PDF images from the Orion IIS server.
The Export to PDF function on the web server calling (DNS) example.updata.com, that resolves to the reverse proxy IP is not accessible from the web server as well.
Resolution
- Go to Orion Server.
- Open host file C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc.
- Add the public DNS entry to resolve this issue.
