Overview

Serv-U enables you to import and export user accounts as collections to speed up user provisioning in large-scale deployments. In these cases, it can be very helpful to work with a program like Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice / LibreOffice Calc to conveniently create large CSV files

Note: Users who make use of the Calc program to work with the CSV file must be aware that they must disable the Merge Delimiters option in order to correctly import and export users, or the CSV file will be incorrectly formatted
