Exchange Scans not working after ARM update to 9.2 or higher in some cases

Overview

After you have updated ARM to 9.2 or higher on Server 2008 R2 Install you get following error when you run any exchange scans the same server. The scans used to work before the upgrade.

Cause

Windows Management Framework 3.0 or higher missing on Scan server

Resolution

Install Windows Management Framework 3.0 or higher on the Collector server that is performing the exchange scan and re-run the scans.
