This error may also occur when trying to open UnDP (Universal Device Pollers).

Troubleshooting:

Check C:\Program Data\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWeb.log
- For multiple 400 and 500 errors
Check C:\Program Data\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ConfigurationWizard.log
- For 443 binding does not have a certificate set

Cause

Corrupted files
SSL Certificate is invalid

Resolution

Run a Core Repair
- Open Programs and Features on the Windows Server
- Locate "SolarWinds Orion Core Services"
- Right Click
- Select "Repair"

During the config wizard, choose a valid SSL certificate
If there is not a valid SSL Certificate listed, select "Generate Self-Signed Certificate..."
