Error setting up report cell during rendering 'Custom Table.' Data transformer exchg.transformer.recipentty/pedetails not found.

The following error is received whenever the Users by Mailbox report is being viewed or edited.

Overview

The following error is received whenever the Users by Mailbox report is being viewed or edited. 

Error setting up report cell during rendering 'Custom Table.'

Data transformer exchg.transformer.recipentty/pedetails not found.

Other errors: 

Error setting up report cell during rendering '.'
Data transformer orion.transformer.status.shortdescription not found.

Also, when user is trying to preview the report, error below shows:

and, after clicking on "Vew Details", it's routed to the error below:

Cause

Known causes for this issue.
  • This is due to the SAM application that has been initially installed as an evaluation and later on uninstalled after the evaluation had expired.
  • Issue with Orion services.

Resolution

Scenario 1:
Install SAM with valid license on your NPM server.

Scenario 2:
Restart Orion services with the Orion Service Manager on the server hosting the website (usually the main polling engine or the additional web server if applicable).
Or
Reboot the Orion polling server.

Scenario 3:
Re-create the report from scratch and it should work again.
